Italian restaurant
Our restaurant was born in 1990 in Dijon at that time we specialized in pizza only. Today we have improved our menu and we offer you exceptional dishes, homemade, like in Italy. We offer traditional Italian recipes as well as creations from our chefs. We use our traditional method handed down for 5 generations to make and cook our fresh pasta.

About us
Our story
It was a long way to get this restaurant. The first members of our family set foot in France in 1931. They left to escape the growing fascisms of our country at that time. We integrated in France by sharing our culture with our friends. Food has always been highly respected in our family. One thing leading to another, my grandparents opened their first restaurant. Today I too have opened my own restaurant while taking over the cookbooks of my parents and grandparents. We want our customers to rediscover the true flavors of Italy.
As for the kitchen, when it opened I was the only cook. Today we are 7 in the kitchen. The demand having exceeded our expectations, we have carried out work to enlarge the kitchens and install a larger machine to make fresh pasta. Several of our cooks have been rewarded in Italy and France for their pizza or pasta, notably at the world pizza championship in Parmes in Italy and the best pizza in France at Due.

42 countries and 775 competitors, and over a thousand challenges. From Neapolitan pizza to vegan or gluten-free pizza. As well as acrobatic tests during the creation of the pizza.
